一般条件

• 製品を販売代理店から購入した場合は本ページに入力する前に直接連絡をとってください。
• HMSを出荷してから6か月以上経過している場合Credit Return Requestが発行されても払い戻しはありません。
• HMSの顧客は返却にかかる輸送費、航空運賃を支払う責任があります。
• 2つの返却パターンがあります。
• Factory Sealが破られていなければ価格の75％が返却されます。
• Factory Sealが破られていれば価格の50％が返却されます。
• 製品をHMSに送付する前に、必ずCRN (Credit Return Number)を取得して下さい。取得したCRN は、リクエスト・フォームに記入してHMS本社　returns@hms.se　までメールを送信するか、または+46 35 172909へFAXを送信してください。

Product(s) may not be shipped without a valid CRN number, and all packages must be marked with the CRN number clearly visible. The use of the Credit Return request form is mandatory. If both the 50% and the 75% refund levels apply, two separate forms must be used. Shipments which do not fulfil these requirements will be returned and unhandled without prior notice.

対象外製品
NetTool, comDTM, JAVA SDK, LW-tool等のソフトウェア、組み込み製品 (Anybus-S, -IC, -CC, -I/O, -DT) は払い戻し対象外製品です。
